Bloodwork high iq individuals or smth

yeah that's pretty fucking high but the day before the bloodwork i ve done hard training and took 8g cytruline 8g arginine 7g of creatine some beta alanine and caffeine. would something other than taking break from suplements/energy drinks help? (i'm not on cycle)

Creatinine and AST are essentially useless if you train.

eGFR is a good way to assess kidney function, definitely looks a bit low so I'd follow up with a Cystatin C test to get a bit more info on your kidney health.

Can't really tell anything useful from the other stuff considering you train.

That being said:
- GGT for Liver
- Hametocrit and Hemoglobin for Blod
- LDL, HDL, and Triglycerides for Lipids
- HBA1c for obvious reasons
