Obviously whole face matters, but it seems all the best looking men have blue/green eyes and people cherry pick chico but he would look better WITH BLUE EYES.

I think it's risky but I don't know enough about it, I wouldn't risk going blind just to change eye colour

Maybe in the future if it is safer
