I think it's just because of the heavy amount of beta male conditioning that goes on in the West. My father wasn't the best role model for dealing with women.

I got all my inspiration from countless romantic comedies and whatnot. You know, where the beta eventually gets the girl in the end. I thought that was how things really worked.

I turned into a malevolent bastard real quick though at 18 when I saw my oneitis kissing a 21 year old dude who I drove her to go see.
