Yeah bro, you're right BP is the only natural pill. But why not take the good aspects of all three pills so that self-improvement could be better, for example Money and Status for worth. Looks for Dating and mostly day-to-day life. And pERsonality and humor for enjoying the time being here.

that's so stupid bro.You realise our gut tightly regulates amount of iron that is absorbed.High choresterol is caused by inflamation and not from consuming it :ROFLMAO:

I spent years researching fat and choresterol and ive read many many population studies and mechanisms ect.
I dont want to argue but in my opinion things like organic butter or fatty fish is pure health.

what is terrible is high omega 6 seed oils and fake plant based butter. That will raise endothelial inflammation and lead to high cholesterol levels in blood.

Both hyper-processed plants (oils) and animal products (regardless of processing) are problematic.

Also im not talking abbout loading up on fat like crazy just few grams per day from things like fish oil, olive oil and organic butter.
We literally need cholesterol in our blood and I know we naturally produce it but people who consume almost no fat can sometimes have hormonal problems due to lack of essential chorseterol

Nuts and seeds have more than enough fat.
