Bluepilled surgeon with skill for bimax?

I'm 17 and getting bimax in 3 weeks. I pay privat (it's about 14K€) and i'm getting it performed by Dr. Dr. Kater (Frankfurt am Main, Germany). He's a very skilled surgeon and many people say he's the best in terms of functional bimax. He's had very good cases, and i'm getting genioplasty + bimax + CCW, but the problem is, that many people say, that he is "conservative" with risks and movements as far as looks are concerned. I'm planning the surgery with him next week with 3d morphs, but do yall think i can covince him to get into more risky movements? Any ideas on how i should approach him about it without sounding like an insanecel?

its not that its"unnecesarry" ,its that he thinks he cant pull it off without making you dead or uncanny

So my best guess is go to a surgeon who can do it?

like i said if it's necessary for functional purposes he does CRAZY movements and he's one of the best surgeon in terms of functional necessity but hes not blackpilled enough to make 1.6cm movements for a 17 year old thats barely recessed

chin and subnasale should be lined up properly rather than both projecting past nasion on frankfurt plane is what I am starting to think

Frag ihn einfach, welcher Bewegungsumfang bei dir stabil möglich wäre, da du gerne sowohl das funktionelle als auch das ästhetische Potenzial gut ausschöpfen möchtest.

Oder einfach sagen, dass bei dir die äestethischen Veränderung eine wichtige Rolle spielen und fragen, wo die Grenzen der Rotations und Vorwärtsbewegungen liegen.

Du könntest Dr. Ebker in Berlin konsultieren (geht auch online), er soll auch blackpilled sein und auf die Bedürfnisse der Patienten eingehen.

whats your body fat percentage (if you were to ballpark)? Have you had any previous ortho work done or appliances attached?
