Just cover the vitamins and minerals that your diet doesn't reach.
i eat red meat, poultry, and fruits & vegetables. what do you reccomend? im too lazy to do research. thinking about taking potassium, fish oil, etc..

you just need to be in good health my bro, including eating as your ancestors, sleeping, sun exposure, no seed oils, sports

personally, i take magnesium, zinc, boron, D3 if needed, vitamin b complex and vitamin C, creatine, collagene

I’m in very good health as it stands, multiple shorts, great diet, good sleep, etc.. just wanna do everything I can in my favor ykwim
