This is what was typical for someone around her age in the 80s before the obesity crisis started really taking off. Sorry about the potato quality but there's not a whole lot of photos from that era online.

Same with any Eastern European country. She only looks good because she's young. Once she's in her late 20s/30s she's going to look terrible.

I admit that I'm a "Feeder" I make sure my GF is always well fed when she comes over even though she's trying to diet.

The 80s is when it reared its head in any real numbers. In the 70s it was almost non-existent especially with younger people. The 90s it took off like crazy.
