no lol but was about to buzz my hair so was suicidal
i was 16 in that
i’m now 18 so it’s a combination of gym and just getting older

i’ve had a six pack since i was like 14 bc i was always super skinny
and i’m flexing ofc thats why it’s so prominent
i played basketball so i never did real lifting only body weight
only little over a month ago i started with real weight

he just has a really broad frame and good delt genetics which makes is 90% of what makes you look big to dyels

well if thats true you have god-given genetics, even if youre flexing. taken me a year just to add like 5 pounds of muscle mass, probably because im tall as hell

damn 6'5"? that makes it even more crazy that u managed to build that much muscle tf
also im having a total of 100g-125g of protein each day and am going to the gym 5 hours a week but am still not seeing decent results.. am not doing creatine but maybe i might have to. im scared of the hair loss side effects though, so idk. have u had hair loss from taking it?

no my hair has been just fine
only thing that hurt my hair was accutane but it’s grown back after 2 years or so
i also try to eat 4 meals a day on top of a protein shaks
i’m also in college so it’s all fast food but still make sure to eat a lot

also 4 meals a day with fast food seems insane
might wanna cook some meals yourself because bulking up with all junk food is gonna kill your heart n will make you age faster n shit
if you can afford to cook at home, that is

i dont ALWAYS do 4 a day but i try
and yea it’s shit i have panda express atleast once a day jfl
but after this year i’m getting a house and cooking more often
creatine will do wonders just DRINK LOTS LF WATERA
