I aim to eat in a 500 calorie deficit on average (on training days, sometimes I eat more). On rest days usually eat less except for social cheat days (like today).

Why? Because I want to get lean and get jacked. If this hobby doesn't get me chicks, it might get me somewhere as a fitness influencer and online fitness coach for gymcels.
