his is gonna sound crazy but hear me out.5'9" at 12% bodyfat mogs 6'2" at 25% bodyfat every single time.like i know height matters and whatever but bro if you're fat it doesn't matter. losing 20 lbs and getting shredded is literally more important than being 3 inches taller.i was fat for like 2 years and nobody cared. got shredded and suddenly people treat me different. it's wild.cut first, worry about everything else later.
