I was flexing my abs on the first pic
And the first pic has way better lighting second pic i dont flex anything avg lighting
I think im around 19% bf i still have love handels etc maybe im even 20% or even 20% idk

obv, just gain muscle, you chest will fill out over-time. But the starting width determines how wide your chest can be once you put muscle on your frame.

chances of your chest widening/looking like someone like this guys/Jeff Sied's are going to be really low. If you have wide chest insertions before you put lots of mass on your frame. it's common sense you'll have it.

This is just 12,13% bodyfat but without well developed ab muscles. You don’t need to cut down further

not 1 vein in sight. i'm 18-20 and still clearly have more veins then him. this isn't 12-13 brah

Veins are mostly genetic. I was a fatass at 30% bodyfat yet still had arm veins. He cannot possibly be 20% bodyfat or above, there is no way in hell.

Plus i have very very litle definition in my biceps when i felx on it and i still have love handels

Don’t listen to muh retards saying, “oh you just lack muscle”. There is a substantial amount of fat you can cut. Even with muscle you would look soft at your current bf.

I never said he's 20%+ yes Veins are genetic. But not at fucking "12-13" bf. there's going to be vains some places no matter what/how bad your genetics are. Like I said, he looks 16-18%.

You don’t have a gut. At most, you are 15/16% bodyfat or something, but i’d get closer to 13%. All the 8% bodyfat instagram roiders got you tripping.
