i know this is a lot of shit to read but the more details i give maybe the more helpful answers i can get
Last year I was 10 percent BF. I didnt diet or count cals it just happened. Around december through april tho I fell off the wagon and stopped eating a lot, and when I did it was shit. I was already really skinny but now I was underweight + fat/bloated. 114 at 5'10. April I took the advice from red pill and started bulking. However, I was brain washed into eating 5000 cals a day because of Reddit so while I gained a ton of weight my face looked like shit lmfao. After a month I started toning down my calories from 5000, to 3500, to 2500. I got up to around 138 pounds in august, but looked like shit due to all the fat so I started cutting until now. Im back down to 120 pounds. I would of thought Id be at a low bf by now but I just look smaller. Cant help but feel like it was all for nothing though.
Chat GPT is saying its my bodies reaction to the extremes Ive been putting it through, and the best thing to do rn is maintain cals. I dont want to sit with my thumb up my ass for a month instead of making progress so Im wondering if the nigga is correct?
