cann i lose this on reta and starvemaxxing or is surgery a serious option?ive had this fat forever lol ive only just dropped 8kg in 2 montha nd 3 kg in 2 weeks on reta but this fat always annoys me and idk if its ever gonna go away

reta + litle caloric deficit + move a lot and here you go
