So basically I was in the gym doing my usual 1 hour and 20 miles on a bike and then I didn’t feel so good and I decided to do 50 minutes of cardio instead of an hour and then I came up to a pull up bed that’s also dips to heightmax and do pull ups and decided to do that fancy planche calisthenics do and in a few attempts I got it. Ive also left the gym for a month and cloudnt find the right weights to train my shoulders with and this completely killed them. I also have been doing 5 push ups a day when I was like 13 and 14 and my arms blew up in a month, something I’m not able to achieve with all the fancy equipment. Also gymnasts have huge biceps from just chin ups and our ancestors were doing similar shit so it makes sense
