I wanted 6ft plus but im at 5'10 rn tho i still do some exercises like jumps,sprints,stretching and a good diet too
Can that help just for few cms ??

I did hit puberty early ig but as far as i remember my voice was completely changed and got deeper when i was between 14-15

Also my parents are not that tall my dad is short hes 5'6 and my mom is 5'4 and doc predicted my height to be like 5'7 so idk if these will be worth it or not
