I’ve recently had some pretty bad pimples because I ate like shit a few days ago
Well for the last 2 days I made some homemade bone broth from cow feet alongside bone marrow and holy shit is my skin much better
I can actually feel my skin healing. My face is more smooth and less hyper-pigmented. My pimples are disappearing and my fine lines are slowly fading
Has anyone else tried bone broth and what benefits did you get from it?
