My stack currently is d3 k2 magnesium strontium citrate mk 677 k1 calcium what else?
 
dont overdose in suppl.

change diet too. milk, flesh, liver, raw dairy, google the rest

Man are people just ducking dumb jfl raw milk dhea only good thing is boron I doubt op is here for BONE HEALTH more so for growing if anything. if so HGH or a peptide stack and aromasin with adequate micros from diet and maybe supplement Cal/Mag K2 Boron Vit D3 now diet is hitting calories and getting a little extra protien and avoid doing keto or vegan that's it no raw milk shit that just extra fattier milk with the slight chance of fucking getting bacteria jfl
