Bone growth and Puberty

I’m currently 15, in puberty (doctors say growth plates are still open and I will continue to grow)- currently I’m 5’11 150lb and 10-12% bf.

To achieve this bf, I have been eating less and doing lots of cardio the past 8 months to maintain my weight and lose the fat, but I’ve realized after doing digging this might not be the best solution.

I have easy access to Whole Foods and supplements, so I’m asking if I should eat MORE and sacrifice my bf % for bone growth and heightening, or can I stick to eating less.

You should eat NOW (no Bullshit) and you should be at 15%Bf bcs eating helps a lot for growing

Currently (80% of the days)

I do

Breakfast:
4 eggs, banana, coffee

Pre workout:
Banana and honey, 2 kiwis

Workout: U/L split (HIGH intensity, followed by 30m cardio and 4 sets of abs, walk to the gym and back around ~1.5miles there and back.

Post workout: Gatorade (20oz)

SKIP Lunch

Snack: Oikos Strawberry 90cal 15g protein

Dinner:
a cup of sweet potatoes or a cup of white rice, mixed with blackberries or strawberries/blueberries (small portion)

Late night:
About 3 cups of whole milk mixed with a spoonful of raw honey.

Is this enough food or do I need more?

Should I just all of the good foods in my house that I can? Or somewhat restrict myself— my cousin said for his puberty development he drank a gallon of milk a day. Is that optimal?

Yeah milk and supplements are good i mean if you have access to it why not reap the benifits and lift weights to build some mass so when you cut you will still have some muscles left and not have a twig physique

You will put up some fat too so be ready for that some people cant handle being 25% plus bf

Yeah I don’t think I will get up to 25%, but I think I will start drinking half a gallon a day and eating lots more meat and nutrients just because I want to maximize puberty, I’ll cut when I need to probably get on Reta wayy later depending on how it is

You think I should get on hunger peptides? Like mk or cjc that boost appetite? Or are there too many side effects

Yes you can but don't run mk there are better peptides

too much sugar should be more protein

no need for that,10 to 13 percent Is aight,no need to bulk for bone growth,not a matter of how much you eat but WHAT you eat. right RDI of calcium,vitamin D3 Is enough
