So basically I’ve been using mk7 (800mcg) d3 75mcg every day and have been seeing small results i got about 2cm in zygomatic preacher bone growth and my mandible expanded only 1cm, I consume a lot of dairy, raw meat, eggs etc. My question was is there any other supplements/exercises you can do to increase bone size/mass?
