This is a study review about bone remodeling and strengthening through strain.
You can extrapolate as much as you will, I'm not stating anything.



However the clear message for whitepillers is keep on doing sport with a little bit of running and shocks (foot, volley, hand), and your bones will be healthy.

For bonesmasshers, this study does not talk about volume but about solidity of the bone in various movements.

BMP2 increases bone size and AR level in bones make them more masculine. They do it in any age just after 20 they decline
