This has nothing to do with this thread but I'm currently bone smashing a bit at 15 with a hammer (tiny impacts). Does bone smashing even work or in other words does it cause more recession to the mandible compared to growth which is what I want to achieve? I know this is backed up by wolf's law, but I don't know what it does for people at 15 - 17 when bones are still developing. Could anyone help and tell me if it works correctly?

If you're probably older than me, why don't you do something else and stop bullying young people who are trying to focus on improving their looks? Like seriously, don't you have something else to do in your free time instead of rotting on this website?

If you know more about looksmaxxing then me, why didn't you just give me some tips instead of calling me a "retard." Wouldn't that be a better approach?

Do you know when puberty usually end? I started to go to the gym like at 12 and just eat healthy in general since now.

gym is cope of the century , all it does is age and stress your body , i suggest to eat raw meat eggs and fruit only drinking lots of water is also cope, just eat naturally ( that means no vegetables), and youll be fine puberty ends around 17-19

You wont get more bone mass but the swelling will make you look better if you do It right

yes it does. a good way to automate it is to get a sex machine but attach a hammer head to it.

is bone mash actually a meme? often a lot when i ask people about it on the forums they tell me to bonemash and have k2 and d3 which helps support bone growth, from one guy he told me it doesn’t really make a difference but since I’m 15 and going through puberty it would actually work on my face?

it wouldnt brah
