This has nothing to do with this thread but I'm currently bone smashing a bit at 15 with a hammer (tiny impacts). Does bone smashing even work or in other words does it cause more recession to the mandible compared to growth which is what I want to achieve? I know this is backed up by wolf's law, but I don't know what it does for people at 15 - 17 when bones are still developing. Could anyone help and tell me if it works correctly?
