Anyone else have the issue of chin bonesmashing causing fucked damage to the skin afterwards. My zygos handle it fine and only bruise afterwards as expected but when I do my chin it’s like the skin or soft tissue beneath just gets destroyed and I’m left with a scab over my chin for the next few days.

because the chin has a muscle and you're literally just hitting the muscle

compared to the zygos which have no full muscle

youre probably not smashing the bone right. look at clavs old vids and you see hes bonesmashing the part of his chine where it's just skin and bone, and no other tissue

You can still hit the bone under your chin
I try ts hoping my lower third gets a little taller with a pump

Will do way more harm than good.
Filler/implants are the far better solution here.

Ofc implants are better but I’m trying to maximize natural growth before I decide to get implants or any kind of surgery cos it’s kind of locked in at that point

I been bonesmashing my chin everyday for 5-6 months, and it never happened to me; plus if u Bonesmash you shouldnt hit yourself with the intent of breaking the bone, with huge impacts, but you should do weak and repetitive impacts that creates trauma into the bone, doing so you are stimulating the growth.
