When I used to play soccer, I didn’t wear shin guards so I got hit in the shins a lot. After a while I noticed there was a bump on my shins that you can feel with your hand, and it’s not on the rest of my leg. It wasn’t like a bruise type of bunp it was just bone. I would always get hit on my shins cause i also skateboard and stuff. That made me think that bone smashing might actually work. Since my shins were always getting kicked (according to wolf’s law) my body got used to it and made that part of the bone harder or thicker because of repeated stress. My bones reacted to the stress in that one spot, which is why there’s a bump there and not anywhere else. The same thing happened to my friend.

It does works, but when you are hitting your skull you need to be careful

placebo. any slight swelling is temporary. people on here are retarded. there is a misunderstanding by the morons who post here between cyclic, low-magnitude, high-frequency loading that effectively triggers adaptive bone remodeling (per Wolff's law and mechanotransduction research e.g. a tennis player's arm) and the high-rate, traumatic impact loading involving in punching yourself in the face. specifically cyclic strains (e.g., 400–1500 microstrain in daily activities; higher in controlled exercise) with low-to-moderate rates and frequencies (e.g., 1–10 Hz), and this stimulates fluid flow, osteocyte signaling (via Wnt, NO, prostaglandins), and net bone formation, but when you "bonesmash" all the literature shows (re equivalent trauma) at best it causes fractures/deformation, not controlled enhancements.

but on the other hand, personally i've already instructed people to rub semen into their skin for the lols, so i'm very happy for you and others to try it out and waste your time, beat yourself senseless, and hopefully, screw up your own faces. saves me doing it for you! if i was smarter, i would have started marketing the scheme out myself. i delight in the misery of others.
