To all people who are skeptic about it , it does work you can look up wolffs law which states that when pressure is applied to bone , it will grow and get stronger , martial artists who hit things with their shins have developed stronger and bigger bones in that area , i also remeber a user here who had a ct scan or smth , and after bonesmashing for a few months , had another scan , his doctor noted that he started to grow more bone in that area ( chin )
i'm not talking about temporary skin inflamation only permanent bone change

i'm bonesmashing to fix assymetries right now and its working fine altho slow results , plus the places where you can smash safely are few like chin brow ridge and cheekbones and you wont be causing assymetries if you do it carefully

One a bad thing is consistency you need to keep you’re bone in constant pressure so pretty much doing this every 6 hours
