having a kid optimally means so much. If you eat anything but meat and eggs & drink anything but spring water as the woman, your child is fucked. eating anything with pesticides + ADHD & autism, low IQ, Basically subhuman. Crazy. I resent my parents for not giving a fuck how to truly raise a child but whatever, gotta make sure my kids turn out the best can be.
