Yeah going on a cut helps with getting your jawline to show more. Definitely intake potassium as well because this helps reduce facial puffines. But the most important thing is going on a cut and slowly losing weight that's the number 1 thing to aim for.

More so for me I want my zygos to pop out a bit more my jaw is decent only problem is my hyoid

What about subperiosteal hematomas ossification due to constantly applying pressure through bone smashing? Larping harder than last time
