Is there a term for a system of governtment where only those with bones attain supreme positions? So only mussoline, attaruk would qualify for example. I think this beats meritocracy, oligarchy and plutocracy.

But there is aestheticracy where people reach positions of power more easily if they are better looking and look the part.
You can have a lot of bone mass and look ogreish.

I never take anyone without a lot of bones seriously in politics even if they are conventional attractive

After some exposure yes but not immediately. Mussolini I paid respect from the start
