Yes ik im a retard greycel but I genuinely cannot tell if bone mash is a big meme or not, a lot of people act as if it is real, and the rest act like its a joke. Please someone be serious because I have a recessed chin and don’t know what to do.

People think bone smashing means you beat yourself up until you pass out lol. You do it like 2-3x a month and very careful, the same way you don't maxout bench press every single day (at least i hope so people are not doing that). you train yourself of doing it, especially for bonesmashing since it can cause serious injuries if you are doing it in a bad way. just be smart

Do I hit my face as hard as possible with the hammer even if it knocks me unconscious will I have better bone structure

Ofc fake. Just helps with swelling your face for 1-2 days so smash your face before you go to clubs or meet girls

theoretically bonesmashing should work, but generally you wouldnt have the balls to really hit your face with sufficient force to cause skeletal fracture. :lul:
If you are reading this and disagree with me and you think u made progress by bonesmashing consider yourself done for, you only caused temporary swelling on the affected areas and just fed your ego more cope. If you really are desperate to change your skull structure go ahead and get yourself a lefort 99 and replace that whole head ;););)

bonesmashing theoretically does work but its really painful and a last resource, it's really not the best option. testmax and be more physically active so your bone density develops naturally plus ur still 15 you haven't even fully developed brah :feelstastyman:
