Hi guys im 15 years old i want some good tips to increase bone mass at my age

Does knuckles enough?and thnks i will start zinc d3 k2 calcium ashwagnda shilajit and t booster and hope (does this suplimment work?)

And hop on a tren and hgh

You should see around 10 mm of bone growth in 1 month like this
