I’m 17 years old and I have really low bone mass like, seriously low. My face even looks more feminine than masculine, even though I’m a guy. I’m looking for a way to increase my bone mass.

I should add that I only got my first armpit hair at 15, and my first mustache hairs started showing up at the beginning of 16.

I don’t want to use peptides like HGH or anything else because I still live with my parents. It’s a huge headache to even try discussing this with them since they won't allow it, and I don't want to hide it from them either.

I was thinking about starting with supplements, but I don’t know if that’s just cope. I want to hear yall opinions on what I can do (softmaxxing) to increase my bone mass.

Zinc tablets

No softmax will increase your bonemass and tbh if you are truly reccessed neither will hgh to a reasonable degree

im 175cm with 60kg going to the gym 4 times a week getting 7-5 Hours of sleep
7-5 hours is unoptimal try to hit 8-9, youre in the healthy range for weight but you could try changing your diet like eating more meat and drinking unpasteurised milk for bones if you arent already

Do I need to combine this with copper? I've heard that taking a lot of zinc without copper can cause health damage.
Nah zinc with copper will multiply bonemass too much and you'll look uncanny like an ogre. Idk, your choice.

No softmax is going to truly help, If you actually want results you are going to need to hide stuff from your parents.

Test is best, supplements, vitamins and diet are cope at this stage and will yield no results if not very minor
