literally anything that improved hgh or test will give you better bones, but you might also have very low estrogen which causes weaker bones

Testosterone, any DHT derivative steroid like Masteron and HGH. It's probably too late past 19-20 anyway

Not even close, do a shit ton of research if you're actually going to do that stuff though like literally half a year of researching before you take anything. Also don't even bother with HGH since you won't be able to afford pharmaceutical grade HGH

Personally, I don't want to take any injections or do any of that shit. I just want to be heatlhy by excerising and gaining it naturally.

It works but there's only so much you can do, beyond getting enough sunlight, vitamins and minerals and physical activity it's all dependant on your genetics if you will see bone growth.

I'm only struggling on mandible growth. I have good maxilla btw
