Okay I think its because low t pretty boys are also seen as attractive because it depends on the women's menstrual cycle. Studies show women are more attracted to low t faces when not menstruating because low t are better caretakers than high t.

But for making offspring high t is more desirable. When it comes to highschool Im guessing teenage girls have preferences of pretty boys like beiber because they tend to have the off menstruation mentality but idk that's just a theory
