To begin with: Microfractures works and it's not a cope. But the effect is limited to 6-15 cm and is valid only for half a year.
When you jump or sprint, you use a lot of effort and time, but what if microfractures can be done at home while sitting on the couch. And what's more, it can be even more efficient and faster.
