any one have a thread abt bonesmashing or a pdf to learn how to do it correctly and how its gonna add more mm to zygos and chin

Bonesmashing won’t grow your bones. It only makes a temporary difference which is cause by inflammation. I’d appreciate it if you clicked the check mark by my post to mark this as a solution

Around where the red mark is. Yeah bonesmashing wont grow your bones at all at any age so it’s cope. Also rep me Im replying to you

There isn’t much you can do. Only thing I can recommend you for bone growth is eating enough and avoiding goyslop
