nocturnal kent was just on live and he told his fans that his method was simply just milk, sugar, vitamin D + K3 and bonesmashing right after ☠️☠️☠️☠️

he always talks about how he cares about his fans and doesn’t want these people to take gear and mess themselves up but then goes on to promote punching yourself in the face

could literally cause CTE even just from punches on the zygos. the force is carried inwards towards the head and can cause issues

imagine punching yourself in the hopes of becoming a chad but you are just diagnosed with early onset dementia and your life is over

No it cant lol, if u lightly tap your zygos with a hammer for a couple minutes and increase swelling u can bump up a 0.5 angularity

Its for a couple days retard
no its not

lightly tapping your face with anything is not going to change the appearance of your face for days. that would require a force strong enough that, if repeated daily, could start to cause mild-more severe brain damage over the long term
