What u will need
1. a hammer or ur knuckles

the guide:
make sure to wash the fucking hammer so u dont breakout acne JFL

so cautiously use ur hammer or knuckles to lightly tap the parts in black (excluding the nose)

do not hit the brow ridge you fucktard, its a spongy bone which wolf's law does not work with.
