Bonesmashing infraorbitals

So, i got pretty recessed infras i was looking forward to doing something to fix it since i would say its my biggest flaw, i assume bonesmashing is the only actual way of fixing it other than surgery, ive never done bonesmashing before so i dont know really much abt it, im aware zygos and chin are the most noob friendly areas but i dont really care about them now maybe later, how tf do i bonesmash my infras ? do i go straight for the hammer ? how do i do it without botching myself or destroying my eyes ? are infras actually fixable ? i also got a bit of a recessed maxilla, is there really no way of bonesmashing that? i got retainers so i wouldnt have the problem of theet moving around.

you definitely can't bonesmash your maxilla, are you sure your maxilla is recessed or is it just flat? oftentimes a recessed maxilla can lead to recessed infras. you probably just have bad forward growth. likely at your age it might not be too late for you to hop on an ai but you're like pushing it. might be able to get some more good forward growth before you should ever consider bonesmashing, and even then bonesmashing is really only temporary as swelling

i think its a combination of both, but i think anastrozole wont really do much forward regarding forward growth,

nah i think you've got a few years of solid frontal development, like i said, hop on an ai to prevent the sutures from ossifying and try an orthodontic appliance or something. not everyone just has 20k laying around for a lefort I and even then you should only be worried about surgery after you finish development fully and can't do anything else.
