i still did not fully understand is bonesmashing real or it’s made up myth by people who got surgeries. But what if u will bonesmash your leg bones? Would it work?

pretty sure it actually reopens closed growth plates, because of the amount of pressure and force put onto your growth plates, causing the cells to regenerate and lengthen the bones

I got no info on that but i was talking about dudes with open growth plates, are you gonna test it out yourself? Wont do harm so why not
