Bonesmashing obviously works due to how many successes it has produced and has worked slightly on me, can someone give me a guide on how to properly bonesmash sorry for the big ask but I really need it.

if you want maximum results smash every other day unless you’re on gh then you can do it every day and make sure to do it evenly
