If one of your zygos is smaller than the other one, should you spend more time bonesmashing the smaller one and then once even bonesmash both equally or would that risk more asymmetry so just bonesmash both equally from the start?

Yes it will work. Just focus on the smaller side first. After around 3 months both will match then go from there. But between this period the pumped side will look different from non smashed side
