BONESMASHING RESULTS

The result of me bonesmashing over a prolonged period of time definitely improved facial bone structure, however it also messed up the bones in my jaw so do not bonesmash unless on the brow ridge or zygos. The bones in my jaw are now uneven and i can move them about just with my fingers, can anyone else relate?

Well if you’re gonna smash inconsistently on either side compared to the other then ofc that’s gonna happen

I was smashing evenly on both sides, what i mean is instead of my jawline being straight it is now shaped differently near my ramus but on both sides. It is even on both sides and doesn't look bad but I wouldn't recommend

You shouldn’t smash your jawline that much. I just do others

Just hit both sides equally, i do that and my jaw isn't uneven

Im pretty sure thats your gonions dumb nigga does it like curve down at where your ramus is?
 
How do you bonesmash?
Idk if its correct or not but its working for me so far. I hit my zygo from under my eye to my ear for reps ( kinda hard ngl ) until it starts to hurt and then do the other side, after that i hit my brow ridge (from one eyebrow corner to other on both sides ) and finally do my chin and ramus( i hit both sides equally hard in the same place.) then if i dont ice my face right after i have bruises the next days so its important to do. Also ull get swelling right after but its important to know this isn't true bone growth and u shoud ice it. I repeat everything like once a week/ once 2 weeks
