cope cope cope cope even if it works itll lead to weird bumpy asymmetrical growth that will descend you, common sense is that it slowly degrades the bone

it doesnt work. im saying theoretically if it did it would lead to asymmetrical growth that would downplay your current aesthetics.

ngl I think it works as long as you apply constant trauma to it so your hematoma (bruising) ossifies
just search up hematoma ossification

what makes you believe bone smashing doesn't work
1. No study even suggests that it would work
2.Wolff's law is about bone strengthening when placed under tension and loads (weights), not about growing bone by bonesmashing.

I'm not saying it works because of wolfs law I'm saying it works because when a hematoma forms your blood deposits calcium and when you apply constant trauma for months it causes your stem cells to differentiate into osteocytes instead of fibroblasts (scar tissue) and epidermal cells (skin)
there's been cases where people grow bone from constant trauma to a hematoma formed
and yes there's studies on hematoma ossification I'm too lazy to cite just search it up

people can also grow bone from cauliflower ear because of constant trauma induced on the ear from sports like wrestling:feelsuhh:
