1. Bonesmashing wont work at all anyways unless u inhibit osteoclasts (osteoblasts are what build new bone when u bonesmash, osteoclasts also destroy old bones)
Basically if you bonesmash without lowering osteoclasts its like adding new layers to a wall while the walls inner layers are getting destroyed.
And btw if you do lower osteoclasts there will be side effects for whatever you take. On top of that low osteoclasts means your bone will be fragile and fracture extremely easily possibly leadjng to deformities
2. Say u bonesmash the fuck out ur self so hard and u lower osteoclasts. Well you will build bones. But now you have a big ass lump in the area where you smashed. Nigga you thought cause you hit one area the rest of your bone will grow with it? Even getting a bump like shown below is lucky. Bone growth on face is completely random and the osteoblasts you stimulated could grow in any direction without keeping symmetry
But not only that thanks to the weak bone underneath all it takes for you to end up with potential worse deformity or nerve damage is excessive force
But you thought it ended there now you have permanent uneven scarring both on your skin and on your bones, risking infections, as well as permanent bone death (caused by too much damage to bones rupturing blood vessels resulting in the inability to regrow them after damage)
