I doubt any bone is actually being remodelled, but for special occasions, the swelling looks very good, basically a temporary filler within a couple sets of smashing.
i would preface that by recommending you only do it in a single axis i.e the chin. the zygomatic bone is three-dimensional and much too complex of a shape to be smashing with any type of constistency.
you could smash a bit before going out or keep up the swelling in perpetuity. hell, you might even grow bone if its not a meme, and its premier downside: collagen loss in the chin is a manageable loss.
brain damage im not worried about at all, after all your brain jostles around more playing any sport than a bit of vibration for 5 minutes.
