Was thinking about it and that much force in the heel, especially so vertical, ruins your heel and if you're doing any sort of jogging/running or jumping you're shin and femur will be in disharmony and you're very injury prone with acl tear being worst but very likely scenario, among things like knee, hip, and ankle pain usually simultaneously.
There's a lot more that goes into it but just a brief biomechanical view of why heel bonesmashing is pretty stupid but you don't have to be a sports scientist or something to figure that out
