Bonesmashing

can i bonesmash with knuckles? i have been smashing my chin and cheekbones with knuckles for a day so far and i dont know if it has the same effectiveness as a hammer or other tools so im just curious.

Bonesmashing theoretically works but in reality its quite impractical and carries a lot of risks of injutry, assymetry, etc...
your knuckles are much softer than a hammer so doing that might yield results slower/not at all, but at least its less dangerous than smashing your face in with a hammer.

alright understandable, i really just do not want to take the risk of smashing my face with a hammer but i saw this guy named clavicle get some pretty decent results bonesmashing so i was intrigued, however he is not entirely natty either so that may have an effect

i do it on the zygos and it works pretty well, just hit them hard enough

clavicular had been bonesmashing for like 2 years, btw that's just the soft tissue swelling after getting hit, not the bone, i have tried this myself and bonesmashing temporaly swells the area around your zygo, if u hit it hard enough it almost fills like a plastic ball is inside of them and gives u a crazy temporal increase in size, not sure about the bone tho

also this is just angles, the temporal swelling on the area and the redness of it, he also seems bloated on the first pic
