So I‘ve been bonesmashing for 3 months everyday for like 45mins. Hitting my zygos, chin, eyebrowridge and my jaw. Idk but theretically it could increase assymetrie if you look close enough because we can‘t control how our bone grows on which part and how much. And if you bonesmash highly recommending a hammer over your knuckles because the hammer is more precise and it would reduce the assymetrie. I might be delusional and shizophrenic
