Is bonesmashing really cope? Hearing many say bonesmashing helped me even if it’s cope an I don’t get it

dnr i read the last syllable of the title and thats enough for me.
bonesmashing doesnt work and will never work. its a coping mechanism for broke people/uneducated people who want to feel like they're doing something when they havent put in the research/dont have enough money for ACTUAL looksmaxxing. (surgery)

I don’t think money matters

without looking up pricing right now, how much do you reckon the cheapest plastic surgery you've heard of is?

Bonesmashing is cope. You will see temporary inflammation and swelling that might look like a "pump", but really that's cope too because the redness you get makes even the temporary effect a looksmin overall.

It's cope and even if, say you were in puberty and your bones are still growing, and you did see change while you're bonesmashing, it's going to be unpredictable and more than likely asymmetrical.
