Is bone smashing caused by wolfs law or subperiosteal hematoma ossification? Because i watched a video explain bone smashing but they didn't mention wolfs law, they explained SHC and it seemed more legit and more trust worthy

Wolf law is not the theory from bonesmashing it got patch
 
No, it’s Wolff’s law entirely. Bone adapts to mechanical load, not injury. A subperiosteal hematoma is just blood trapped between the periosteum and the bone due to trauma. It’s an injury, not a growth mechanism, and only in very rare, extreme cases does repetitive impact cause it.
