idk never tried it but "the pump" as in bruising and swelling is definitely real and wolff law IS real it would just take a lot of constant stress all the time on your face and obviously your brain most likely

wolff law is real in biology but it doesnt apply to bonesmashing. you will not get outwards growth if you smash your bones with hammer. the only thing that might happen is increased density and tissue swelling
